Unbelievable that a company can take money from you monthly and is SLOW to react and unresponsive. In most bad review cases it is product related and the only way to resolve this issue is to make the customer happy with a replacement of refund. Once this happens Ekomi makes you provide e-mail evidence that the customer needs to change their review. However, you then get repeated e-mail responses stating that the customers response does not pass their fraud department. Its time to move on to a more reputable company. When ask how you are supposed to resolve an issue with your customer we are told that we cant offer a replacement or refund! When the customer NEVER CONTACTS YOU the only way to resolve a feedback is to reach out to the customer once you see the feedback. I ship thousands of orders daily and cannot call every customer the minute the receive their package and see if its ok, before they leave feedback! Don't say I didn't tell you, try it for yourself! In my own opinion I think this is a one to three person operation because the customer service is horrible!
