I bought 2 cables and neither worked. I contacted their support team, they are useless. Appearantly they believe I am a crook trying to scam them. No resolution just a lot of hoops to jump thru. I left a one star review on their site which has been deleted. They only have 4 and 5 star reviews. Looks like I'm out $20.00 and am in possession of 2 useless cables. Below is their response to me. Am I the crook?
Since we do not offer return shipping, we usually allow for images to be sent through. However, due to recent exploits being uncovered we now require a video to be sent through showing the current date within the video or show the order confirmation on the phone screen.
This is 3rd email from them:
We are willing to send a replacement for your smart cable. However, we may need your cooperation as well. Kindly send us a video showing that your smart cable is connected to your device and see if the same error prompt appears.
