I hate that Revzilla is part of a corporate monopoly now, and that Cycle Gear stores are snobbish toward Harley riders, ("we don't sell novelty helmets here", the salesman said upon seeing my Harley hoodie, when I was shopping for the Neotec.) But I've had good luck with getting quick shipping and customer service with Revzilla but honestly I like supporting brick and mortar small businesses.
Over the years I've asked about sizing and products and received prompt and honest help.
Because of customer service and fast shipping.
Because I do high speed long distance touring and needed a quiet helmet.
