At one time, Wyndham was a premium brand- NO MORE. Seems their corporate strategy was to buy up all the bottom feeding hotel chains and try to put lipstick on the pig. It doesn't work. On a recent business trip we stayed at Wyndham's Baymont, LaQuinta, Days Inn and a Microtel, and EVERY one of these places was a poorly managed DUMP. Disgusting accommodations, services and front desk personnel. I wouldn't stay at another Wyndham if it was my dead body in a free room. Please check the photos below for a current example of Wyndham standards. It's actually very sad because at one time Wyndham was a premier brand, I guess it was a race to the bottom, and Wyndham got there first. I mean, look at the pictures of our room...how can anyone be so oblivious to the falling ceilings, MOLD, filthy room fixtures, doors, and bodily fluid residue on the bedding. And yet they will give this to a guest and take money for it. Reprehensible is all one can say, but this is Wyndham TODAY.

And the website is always a hassle.

Website says CanadianPetCare, actually in the U.K. If it's "Canadian" one would think the prices are in Canadian Dollars but they aren't, so you pay more than the current exchange rate. Personally I prefer to know who I am dealing with.
