We are very happy with everyone at Schumacher Homes especially their trades people. We had an
Issue with the furnace shutting off when we first moved in. The HVAC trades people were quick to
Respond and fix the issue right away.

We had a small list of items to fix which were completed right away. Communication was excellent, they always kept us informed of when things were going to be fixed. We have no complaints.
