I ordered more then 19 items off this site ship alone cost more then the items. Only received 5 of my items talk to customer report and Appeal a case. They never put effort to help and close the case every day if I do not respond with new information when I explain all the information I have in a email with photos. Was give a choice to get a refund after a few week with customer support but I would only received 14 dollar of the 40 I paid. Because 20 was for shipping fee for items that never ship and insurance fee for a items they do not want to replace.
Tip for consumers:
Would not recommend if buy small portions shipping is more then 50% your order and would take more the 14 day to arrive or pay more then 70 dollars to get shipped in 3 days. For free shipping purchases has to go over 200 and their a giant chase your items might not come.

I used to love getting stuff from them, but don't have anything in your life come through that...
