I had heard Alot of great things about bike berry, unfortunately Alot of it was untrue, I made an order on may 19 and my credit card was charged, two days later I call to check the status and I'm told that my rims are sold out until July. After contacting bike berry again and taking a color of rims I really didn't want, I was assured that my order would be shipped with in a day. Now here we are may 24 my order still hasn't shipped, still no tracking number, and the customer service is basically a joke. They will literally tell you anything. I was ASSURED yesterday may 23 that my order would ship that day. Yet still no tracking info, still no ship. To be honest I'm beginning to wonder if I'm even going to get the order at all or if they took my money and run. I wanted to review the product here but who knows if I'll even recieve it at this point. I'd strongly caution all buyers to at the very least call to check the availability of the item before parting with your cash. I was looking forward to exploring some of the other products they sell, but now in all honesty I'd be hesitant to order from this company again. If my order doesn't ship I'll just put a stop payment on my card at a cost to myself essentially costing me for my mistake. Don't make the same costly mistakes. Good luck and safe, happy riding all
