After I paid for my account I went to log in a create customer list and such then it logged me out and said for security reasons it needed to be reviewed it would take 30 minutes. I called to speak to my sales rep and they said she would call back in a few minutes. No call. I made an appointment on her schedule app no call. Asked to speak to a supervisor, there was none available. Finally I asked for a refund because I was not happy they obliged. We will see next week if it actually was refunded.
