“Shipping prices a little high, and shipping times exceeded”

Firstly I would like to thank you for your services.
As for the shipping price, I thought it would be affordable, but it wasn't.
For an iPhone xr, I thought I would pay $45 at most but I paid $65, $24 which is already a lot. As for the time between, the shipping specifications said that the package would be delivered in 12 to 15 days, but I received the package in 16 days. I think the delivery time needs to be adjusted.
