I thought that my Package always arrived on time and the staff were very pleasant and have never mislaid or lost any of my Package. Even If I had cause to get in touch with customer affairs they were always very nice to me and would do what they could to help me.

I have lost a package worth more than 300 dollars, and they offer no help or compensation for losing it, they just shrugged and said: welp, its not with us, sorry and good luck.
And reading other reviews, its not one time incident, they have been losing packages left and right.
So in the end, ordering from them is a gamble, you might or might not get you package lost.

I was a loyal customer for more than 3 years, and it all went down hill a year ago with a change in management I believe. First, their customer support became really bad, no answers or replies for days and when they do reply they are mostly useless.
But now they start losing packages, I ordered a google pixel watch 2 from amazon to be shipped to their warehouse, which showed that it arrived and signed off in amazon tracking. Only for it to never showing, and after 3 MONTHS of going back and forth with them, they just blamed it on amazon and TOLD ME TO FIGURE IT OUT WITH THEM. Which of course didn't work cause amazon have a no protection policy against shipment forwarders, and GS stopped replying to me.
So tl;dr If you don't want to risk your 300+ dollars shipment disappearing without a trace or help, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Edit: they just replied to me with the same non helpful generic responses they have been telling me for months, it shows how much they care.

I have to say this is one of the best and cheapest forwarding service available, the only downside I have to say is when choosing Aramex to ship it can take a while in comparison to other package services.

As for the shipping price, I thought it would be affordable, but it wasn't.
For an iPhone xr, I thought I would pay $45 at most but I paid $65, $24 which is already a lot. As for the time between, the shipping specifications said that the package would be delivered in 12 to 15 days, but I received the package in 16 days. I think the delivery time needs to be adjusted.

The worst forwarding service! Do not use them. They lost packages for me and never refunded me, after paying the shipping fees for the packages, they wait more than 9 days and still not shipped, i contact them everyday and they keep lying. And their customer service is terrible, they reply after 30 mins then if you dont reply within 2 mins the end the conversation.
I've been a customer of GlobalShopaholics for more than 2 years. The quality of their services were more than super. Support by chat or email was very effective. Nothing to complain about. Since they moved to their new storage facility in New Castle things started to decline. I spent long periods of time trying to get someone to respond to my chat regarding an issue that cannot be solved without some direct contact. The problem is that you will be able to see the actual contents of your packages AFTER you consolidate packages for shipping. Recently, I had an issue with one of the packages I'm about to ship. So I wanted to chat with support to let them know. This is a paid service and not free. After waiting sometimes more than an hour on the chat window I get someone that promises me that they will do so by today or tomorrow. This continues for the next week, no response, no reply no service. You pray that you will receive your stuff without anything missing. Support is ZERO. I was more than clear and I left messages with detailed photos hopefully someone would read it and address my issue. Nothing. Eventually, I gave up. I paid for shipping and I'm waiting for them to ship it. It is really unfortunate, I was more than happy with the services they provide. Good thing is there are so many other companies competing in this line of business. I wish someone would read this and rectify things. But. I don't think so..
