One credit card rejected twice, another rejected once from Strawberry. The $381 item was then sent to me without my consent.

After twelve emails with Strawberry, and them constantly asking what my problem was, I gave up trying to explain and now own two of the same items.
If you have to return anything, think again. Instead of reading prior emails, someone will respond as if they don't understand what you're talking about.
