I sent a card multiple times, consulting JibJab customer service when I was not notified it had been sent. When I looked at my JibJab account, the card appeared to have been sent, but it was never received. My customer service contact there had notified JibJab that there was an issue, but they never fixed it. Terrible service!
Incidentally, Sitejabber wants me to show my receipt to verify my purchase. Part of my problem is that JibJab never sent me a receipt.
