Seems to be a theme: ordered a pool pump. Tried to cancel when it wasn't here after 6 weeks. Got the pandemic excuse. Pump finally arrived and it wasn't what I ordered- it's not able to be used safely with US wiring (it's wired for 220V - ad is for 110V). I'm trying to send it back and get a refund but their customer service is awful and they refuse to acknowledge that there's a problem with what they sent. First they told me to read the instructions. Then they told me to send pictures. I'm not sure if the people or machines or whatever answers my pleas even speak English fluently. They refuse to issue a refund or provide a means of returning it and I'm hesitant to send it to the address on their webpage because I have a feeling it's a sham.
