Having pictures of the puppies and their parents as well as the health history of the bloodline was a sway point for using Good Dog. The flexibility to search for my new dog at my convenience (over time with no pressure) in combination with the security of third party facilitation of the communication between myself and the Breeder (regarding the contract implementation and payment process) was a dream. I liked the ability to make payments and I appreciated the security of the contract. I liked being able to keep in touch with my Breeder while waiting for my pup to be old enough to come home and I loved sharing pictures and hearing updates on my pups life as she grew via this secure website. The customer service Good Dog provides is excellent and the extras with respect to information about what to expect, pup training and even pet insurance are super.
