Item faulty after just 21 days of operation. Customer support demanding video footage of fault as evidence, but variously claiming to be unable to open an mp4 file or to see both audio and video. Stuck for four hours in roundabout of resending mp4 videos which their codecs can't open. They will not escalate to a manager. They admitted the item is faulty but despite this will only refund it to them. There is no further recourse. I've spent $600 on an item which is faulty (and also NOT UP TO AUSTRALIAN ELECTRICAL CODE). STAY AWAY!
