I ordered a ring that was supposed to be sterling silver, it was even stamped. 925, but it turned my finger green within 3 days of wear. Then I returned it- after the customer service rep said they would pay shipping, they deducted $4.95 from my refund. The place I shipped to was in the same zip code that I work in and so I felt like a chump that was all excited that my "items were being shipped from Bali" so it took a few weeks to get in the first place... I am now seriously doubtful of their entire business model.
