My wife purchased 2x rings over the holidays but decided to return them for a full refund (they have confirmed that the rings were received back). We have been communicating with their "Customer Happiness Manager" named Gina Thomas who runs their *******@mintandlily dot com email account who has stated a few times that a refund will be sent back to us; however, it's now February and we still don't have our money. Furthermore, my emails are now being "undelivered" so I am not sure if they blacklisted my email address or if they are running from this issue.
