After spending a significant amount of money on a chair I discovered that they lied about where the chair was coming from I'm in California they told me it was coming from just up the road in Rocklin when actually it's coming out of Utah got stuck in a storm and because they have no way of tracking it several days after the scheduled delivery they can't tell me where the chair is and have no way of finding out I start furnishing a five bedroom house next month this was basically a test and they failed miserably what a joke
