I own a digital agency and we work with all the website hosts. WP-Engine is one of the best, if not the best. What separates them is their support. You call and you get a systems analyst in the United States. No phone trees, no useless first level support. Straight to someone who can help you. I hope this never changes.
As an owner of a digital agency we work with several website hosts. Network Solutions is definitely near the bottom. Their support is horrendous. You are ALWAYS on hold for 30 minutes. Then you get a glorified sales person they are trying to convert into tech support. There are many other hosts that do a much better job than Network Solutions. Keep shopping.

Currently in my second week with George from Wiki Publishers. I asked for my money back after realizing they outsource to India and basically did nothing. He wanted a chance to make it right. Another week has gone by and I havent even seen a draft. Happy to change this review if they ever get it done, but its Not going well so far. Beware. -Max
