I was up front and personal with silver spur RV park I used to pay yearly. And I got a discount. And then all of a sudden one year I went up to pay yearly and they refused to take payment I had not broken any of the rules and the next thing I knew those 15 of us they got eviction notices. Obviously I panic wanted to know why nobody would tell us you could not get a hold of the office they couldn't tell you anything you couldn't get hold to the owner you couldn't get a hold of anyone that could give you any information so I'm packing finding a new place knowing that I had a about 3 months left on the year that I'd already paid the day before I moved out I got a letter delivered to me by hand by the manager saying that oh my eviction was a mistake. The stress undo stress that that mistake caused me so I stayed I was upset but I stayed two months later I got another eviction they will turn around and keep your money if you pay yearly don't expect to get the year if you leave a potted plant out on your on your slab you will get a notice saying you have to remove it but people around you will build sheds that look horrible that could fall down and hurt your child and they will not get a notice this place you need to stay away from you cannot get a hold of property management the office will not tell you proper management names or addresses nothing you cannot get help so if you go in and you rent a space in this particular place keep in mind just go ahead and sign your checks over to them and realize that you're going to be kicked out on the street

Yes beware of barcodes the barcodes that you have to check your own self out and you scan the barcodes and the register tells you how much it is and it charges you for it I went to Apache Junction Arizona to this Walmart on Apache Trail right across the street from Jack in The box and Starbucks in Arizona like I said and I proceeded to shop was not aware of barcodes they're always on there that's how you purchase things well two of my items had two different barcodes on there I didn't think anything of it the one that scammed is the one that I used so I had purchased six rolls of white contact paper and six rolls of static cling shielding for my windows and the prices came up I wear glasses I'd have my reading glasses with me I scanned it it beeped I seen a price come up that's good to go after I turned around and got done with all my purchases paid this machine my money I had two employees come up and want to see my receipt that I just acquired just paid for all this stuff and said that those were the wrong prices they asked me how did you put that in there that's the wrong price I said the barcode I showed them the barcode I even rescanned it and they took the product from me I could not purchase it at their barcode price because the other barcode was three times the amount so now when you go into Walmart be prepared for barcode identifications they treat you like you're stealing I had already purchased I didn't have one of their little cards where I could bypass what they're telling me the barcodes telling me the prices and put in another one I went by the barcode and yet I could not purchase the products that I needed at the barcode price which they put the barcode on the product so when you go up there and you want to purchase let's say tea underneath it has a barcode and it says 397 be aware it could be 1397 when you get there and you're ready to check out the machine will turn around and tell you this amount if you do not watch and you put in that amount in cash and then you're checking your receipt you go directly up to customer service 2 minutes later and said oh no you charge me way too much they will make you give them a photo ID now let's say that you turned around and you didn't leave you left your ID in the car in the house if you leave there they will not give you cash even if it's two to three seconds just to go out to your vehicle to get a photo ID they will put it on a gift certificate card be made aware
