I ordered Rakhi to be delivered in Netherlands. Firstly they charged so much for delivery, secondly failed to deliver even after 20 days of scheduled delivery date. With multiple emails follow up there customer representatives, they just ignored my email and not providing me the refund of not delivered item. Highly unprofessional. They are not be TRUSTED for international shipments primarily.
Tip for consumers:
WORST CUSTOMER EXPEREINCE. Unprofessional customer representatives. The moment I said I will report to social media, they stopped reply to my emails.
