This is to bring into your notice that my sister ordered from my other account on 9/11/2023 order id NYK -**************
Her previous phone no. Was not active
Had called nyka customer care service and requested to change for no. Done as well
But on Sunday 19/11/2023 delivery person came for delivery, was asking for OTP but no otp received on her current number
Due to which order was not recieved
After which calling multiple times on nyka consumers service
No viable response recieved
Issue not sorted yet
This is the worst experience we are facing for the first time
Here messaging you with a hope of taking action and resolving our issue ASAP
