I was watching a college football game and my hulu went off. The error message said I was no longer at home and needed to reregister my TV. Tried repeatedly but no luck. I contacted Hulu (which should be named Hulu-sucks) They told me I was watching on a mobile device. No I explained, I am at home watching my television. They insisted I was not but on a mobile device. I explained again that I was watching a game when this happened, nothing had changed. I was on my home wifi. They insisted I was on a mobile device. $45 a month to get booted out in the MIDDLE OF A GAME! I think this was done on purpose to try and get me to upgrade. Hulu sucks.

My sister sent me flowers for my birthday, she is a sweet woman! The flowers came... and she asked me to send a picture. She was shocked, they were nothing like what she thought she had send. To make it worse the next day they were completely dead. She called the florist, Creations from the Heart... and they apologized and said they would send another arrangement. That arrangement never came and when my sister called them a second time, they were very rude and BACK CHARGED her credit card for the second arrangement that never arrived. Seriously, you could get better flowers if you picked them from the side of the road. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, not only are they unprofessional, they cursed my sister on the phone and I believe that back charging a credit card is illegal. I have been an EBay customer for years, I had a great rating as a buyer. Then recently I decided to buy two antique hurricane lamps. The lamps never came. EBay told me they would give me a refund but only a refund to a pay pal account that I did not own! I paid with my American Express. So I lost $60 to an unscrupulous EBay seller and then never got a refund. My best recommendation is... go to a real store and deal with real people to avoid being ripped off. EBay is a terrible company and I will never do business with them again.

I wish I could give them no stars! After listening to Pandora everyday at work in the United States, Pandora decided yesterday that I am in Spain and will no longer allow me to listen. I know Texas has had it's problems but I did not know we had moved to Spain. Customer service was completely useless. I imagine they are in India. I cancelled my paid subscription and everyone else should too.
