UNPROFESSIONAL WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I HAVE HAD A MERCHANT ACCOUNT FOR MANY YEARS. I CHARGED A CREDIT IN EARLY SEPTEMBER AND STILL IN MID DECEMBER HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. EACH TIME I CALL TO FOLLOW UP ITS LIKE STARTING OFFER AND THEY ADD HOOPS FOR ME TO JUMP. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO AVOID GIVING ME MY MONEY, WHICH SEEMS STRANGE FOR SUCH A LARGE COMPANY. I HAVE SWITCHED TO SQUARE AND AM GLAD THAT I DID. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD. I EVEN REACHED OUT TO THEIR EXECUTIVES WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING. I HAVE GIVEN THEM EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEY DONT' SEEM TO CARE WHAT I THINK.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING - THEY WITHHOLD THE MONEY FOR NO REASON AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESOLVE IT IS THE WORST - HOURS EACH PHONE CALL LIKE STARTING OVER EACH TIME.
