“SO DISAPPOINTED!”

Reading reviews, I guess now I know why I have not received an answer on my order that was placed MAY 13th, 2016... 9 MONTHS... I, too, was given the most ridiculous excuses about production, etc... The customer service, when they responded were some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with! Just so RUDE!
AND these people still advertise? How is this possible?
