I tried to return a pair of shoes and was told to use the box they came in. Trouble is, the box was damaged before I ever received it. I had to purchase a new box (after paying their already ridiculous $6 restocking fee) and now they refuse to reimburse me for their negligence! Totally unacceptable business practices! I will never buy from them again and neither should you!
Tip for consumers:
I would never buy from this company, but if you do, make 100% sure you're going to love them because their return policy is absolute garbage!
