They will not refund you, even if a writer has not been assigned. They will attempt to defraud, credit you, and all kinds of tactics in order not to return your funds. They have a bunch of add ons that are costly and even if the assignment is not completed you will not receive the full refund. They keep 30 service fee even if the service is not completed. I was constantly reaching out to customer who gave short vague answer. They will justify trying to keep your money and do not care if you are unsatisfied. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

From day one I provided instructions on the essay and what was expected from them, the second day...
Very disappointed complete scammers i ask if what i need can be done customer support said yes...
