Bought a domain 10 years ago for 10 years. When I changed university they made practically impossible to register my new email without sending them (on email!) A tons of sensitive, personal info. No data protection care or policy, even when I asked! I tried and tried and they just let me lose the domain. Then they seemed to have bought it themselves as i could not get via other provider but they are offering to me. All dodgy.
Late by months, misleading communications, very low quality items and a horrid, return policy. Basically a scam for anyone in Europe or the US. They are not organised enough for international bussiness. Don't waste your money on them
