This the second day I have been without emails due to an upgrade not working. Agent did not do what was required to cancel upgrade and reinstate original package. Some of the agents are helpful but some do not know how to set up the email records and the consequence is that you are left without a working email. I have now rang technical support again and they still say that they cannot sort it out as the are waiting for other colleagues to do their bit. So I must wait again. And try later,
Every time I ring I am told something different and the other agent was wrong, but that does not help me as I am still without a working email system
