Attempting to initiate a return online, I was offered either a partial refund of $7.03 or a $13.00 store credit, with another shipping fee for an item I don't want. I'm not seeking a return due to aesthetic preferences or sizing issues; the product is flawed and incompatible with any iPhone 11, which we verified using other iPhone 11s in our household. The order ID is US*******. We expect a full refund, covering both the item and the shipping fees.
