I ordered a few item 2/28 and was charged on that day for the items. Today 3/12 I did chat on their site saying where are my items. They responded that my items will be in on Monday and will get shipped out then. What kind of company charges for an item that they don't have in stock for two weeks but immediately charge the customer? Very disappointed!
