My husband ordered me a personalized necklace for our anniversary and it shows up broken AND 5 days late. I immediately reached out and got some BS automated response back. They always email you back late in the evening and don't respond back until late in the evening the following day. They asked for photos and their website even states that damaged items qualify for full refund if within 30 days. They keep trying to offer me an exchange of their poorly made jewelry or a store credit. I have filed a claim with my bank. This is BS! They need to stand behind their products AND what it says on their website! I have attached photos of their website and the necklace I received. NEVER will I order from this company again and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid them as well.
