So-called "support" are all robots even though they "say" you're talking a human. Took me 7 days to get ACTIVATION and I STILL can't receive phone calls. I've spent hours and hours trying to get the multiple issues resolved, they even brought me to tears. Run run away from Mint Mobile!
Tip for consumers:
I have never been so frustrated and angry with a business as I have been with (blech) mint mobile.
