I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 18th, 2020 that I have yet to receive. I called the customer service several times for a refund and they refused. My order apparently lost with USPS but they keep pushing back and telling me I have to deal with USPS. I ordered my items with Rue 21. Once they have your money you are on your own. I have submitted emails to this company with no response. I have never had this kind of service from a well known company who was not interested in accommodating me in any way. I will never do business with this business again.
Tip for consumers:
That once they ship it and it gets lost you are on your own. They keep telling me once the items are returned I can get a refund. How can I get a refund on something never received?
