At the end of June I made a reservation through Happyrooms, things went wrong, I was overcharged and I got mad. But the head of complaints team(I don't know if I'm allowed to write his name) replied very quickly.The only thing I had to do was to send them by email the receipt of our stay. After that they put the difference of the amount into our account.To be honest, I didn't expect that. Excellent feedback and problem solving mentality! Thanks! My next reservation will be definately through Happyrooms!
