Ordered a $250 GIFT basket which is their business niche and it's been 6 days past the delivery date with no explanation as to why. Don't bother with this scam of a company; customer service couldn't care less and will do absolutely nothing for you. You're recipient will just get their GIFT a week late at full price.
Oh and they're banking on you blaming the courier but they promise your delivery date in 2 days yet they ship it 'Ground' through the carrier which is almost impossible so they know exactly what they're doing.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is garbage; they are scamming you by promising a specific day delivery yet a week later, they have no explanation as to why it still hasn’t arrive but won’t provide any assistance/refund.
