I ordered a sweater in April 2020 and I have yet to receive it. I have sent at least 5 emails requesting the item or a refund with no response. There is no phone number to contact anyone and no one responds to the email address they provide. I suggest you stay clear of this site.

We apologize for this confusion. Please do understand that we went through a very tough COVID time when our factory was closed and to keep the jobs of our employees we had to shift our focus to online selling. We made a few mistakes as we were learning and had limited resources during these tough times.
We want to correct this mistake. The sweater is in Transit from the factory and we will receive it next week.If you still want it we can send it to you or we can refund. We apologize again for this
