I wear Eileen Fisher clothes for the last 30 years - all natural fibers - I buy on line and their shipping is free even if you need to return - great customer service by phone or in store. EF give $5.00 each item on gift card on clothes that you do not wear anymore!
Wanted to return product paid through PayPal account - went round & round on Knix chat platform- reach out to PayPal - within 24 hours Knix reach out to refund- I would not buy from Knix Product not as advertised-
Finally ask me to send photo of size delivered and damage - will send correct size - tsize shipped was correct 6-1/2 to 7 - BUT TOO SMALL - NOT LEATHER AS ADVERTISED - just want refund - but
Will send another pair only - DONT BUY FROM THEM.
They responded by saying exchange only - unless there is damage - there is damage - on side of boots - in their response they NOW disclose their product is made of high quality ARTIFICIAL LEATHER- WHY WAS THAT NOT REVEALED ON THEIR WEBSITE-? DO NOT BUY - WASTE TIME AND MONEY - I WILL NOW REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
