Don not use this company > if anything goes wrong and you need their help you will be asking questions and getting answers to questions you haven't asked. This company cost me a huge amount of money.

I booked a flight on the 1st of August for £789 to go visit my girlfriend on the 27th August who was traveling around Asia. I booked a flight to meet her in Bali on the 27th Aug from London Heathrow via Dial4Travel. When booking i was asked for two forms of contact information my telephone number and my email address which i provided. I received an email confirmation saying i had booked and paid for my flights and all was good. A few weeks went by and the flight dates were approaching so i re-opened the email from Dial4Flights and realized i needed to get my full flight details as i was leaving in a week and needed details on which terminal, flight numbers etc which i hadn't received as yet. So i rang the number on the website, gave my name and booking reference and asked for my full flight details as i needed to book parking at the appropriate terminal etc. The response i got was that something was wrong with the system and they would get someone to contact me within the hour. 6 hours went by so I rang a agin. Again their response was not helpful. They said someone would ring me before 5pm. This didn't happen and I got no response when i rang a again. By this time i'm beginning to panic. At 9pm I get a phone call from a guy called Sandy with a very fast paced Indian Asian accent that was so difficult to understand. He informed me that the flight i booked was no longer available and that I'd booked a flight that was already fully booked. He said he had tried to ring me to let me know but this was totally unknown to me. I receive calls daily and don't have my phone far from me at any time. Sandy moved on quickly to telling me he had found alternative flights for £990 (my original cost was £789) and the flight times meant i would be in Bali for 6 days rather than 7. I said this wasn't acceptable as i had booked non refundable accommodation in Bali for a week and you are offering me a higher price. He continued telling me that i should have answered my phone. I asked for the dates that he rang and he quickly moved onto telling me i had to move fast to book this new flight or it would go. I then asked why i was not emailed if he could not get hold of me on the phone. He said his policy was to only make a phone call (absolutely ridiculous). So after getting angry and continuously asking for answers to why this information was not relayed to me and being passed to different people to speak to I got nowhere. I asked for a refund as i didn't want them having my money after not emailing me or even apologizing once for the inconvenience and stress and because they kept blaming me for not answering their alleged phone call. This refund was promised to go into my account the next working day and instead took 5 days.
