It really doesn't get any worse than this company. Like many of the other reviews on here, they show they have an item in stock, get you to purchase a few more items for free shipping, then send you a message the next day saying it's out of stock. They wouldn't cancel the rest of my order and blamed me, the customer, for not reading the fine print. Pure scumbags looking to scam every penny they can from honest paying customers looking to purchase what they advertise as having. First and last time I purchase anything from these losers.

This is the worst company to ever deal with. I rented 3 times and each time was worse than the next. Just recently they confirmed a trip for me so I made all travel arrangements (I. E. non refundable hotel reservations) only to have them send an email overnight at 1 am to cancel the trip. They said my membership couldnt be approved. Mind you, I have rented 3 times from them with the same clean driving record, credit score and insurance several times this year. They gave me zero explanation and only communicate via text or email. Their telephone customer service is, of course, in the Philippines and they wont help you at all. They totally ruined my holiday travel plans and didnt even have the decency to explain why. Horrible disgusting cowards who slide serve nothing less than to go out of business. Too bad I Cant give lower than one star because they are truly rotten. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

This horrible company robbbed me for $40 for a t shirt. I returned the shirt because it was too small only to get an email saying it was non returnable and that they donated it to charity. After an hour on the phone with customer service they would not give me an exchange, refund or credit. THEY WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE ORIGINAL ITEM BACK! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEFS.
