I placed my order through RockMerch on August 19th, 2023. The only way to track the shipping process was by downloading a separate app called SHOP, which I did not want nor need. So I signed up for text notifications to follow the process. The order was considered a "specialty" item so the shipping could take a bit longer. Here it is September 11th, 2023 & my item has been delivered. The material is top notch, made really well & the sizing is perfect. All in all, the shipping was about 3 weeks, after recieving the merchandise & seeing the quality, it is well worth the wait. I will be ordering from here again. I don't like waiting 3 weeks for Anything, but the end result makes it all worth while.

Ordered a shirt and never received. Antagonistic emails from the vendor. Stay away, far far away from this company. They will not refund and only give you store credit. They are just plain thieves of our money.

I ordered a men's shirt and was sent a women's shirt. It took almost a month for them to actually ship the shirt, only to find out they sent the wrong item. This company is probably a scam.

I ordered some tshirts from this company. Big mistake. I should have realized anyone with a facebook instagram add is probably not legit. Several weeks later the shirts haven't arrived. When I contacted them I was told they sometimes take 30 days plus -- something I was not informed of when i was ordering. When I told them to cancel the order they refused. They said I can return for store credit, which is useless for me since I will never order from this place again. Now I have still don't have the shirts, which I don't want, but got an email saying they're on their way. Workign with my credit card to reverse the charge.

Ordered a shirt for an upcoming event. Received an email almost a week later stating my order is cancelled. Nothing mentioned on why? I had to send an email asking. Response was they are sold out. Why offer is it on your website. In fact it's still showing available to purchase! Really dissatisfied with this website and and customer service!

After installing the WRONG O2 sensor, which looked correct and installed without issue, I spent months attempting to diagnose this apparently NEW problem. Only after eventually giving up and paying a mechanic was it discovered that it was NOT the correct O2 sensor, and I needed one with a "different voltage," which was not available on Rockauto.com, so I purchased elsewhere. The whole adventure cost almost $500 and was avoidable. RockAuto is completely automated and HAS NO HUMAN that you can actually speak with. So, if you have a return that is outside their window, you're screwed. FYI.

RockMerch will insist you return an item with tracking. Once they receive your item back they no longer communicate with you. No store credit or refund. Horrible company, zero customer service. Stay away and avoid being robbed.

Ordered t shirts Dec 15 th. It is now Jan 9th and they aren't even made. Their answer is that it says some items are 17-30 to make. Don't know when I'll get them. Terrible

I ordered a number of t-shirts from this company. Big Mistake! The material was very thin. I usually wear a size small but, ordered mediums since I wasn't sure how they would fit. They were so tight I could hardly get them on. You only have 30 days to contact them, get a RMA# from them, & return the items at your cost. In addition to that, you can only return for store credit. You can't get your money back. The quality is terrible. Why would I want to get a store credit to purchase anything else. I would not recommend purchasing from this store.

Purchased a hoodie only to find out after purchase that it can take up to 21 days for them to get a size large. Apparently two days is too late for them to cancel the order and my only option is to wait to receive it, then return it for store credit. Not even a refund. Total bummer and kind of sleazy as their terms are not clear.

This place is an utter joke! It takes forever for them to ship the item, & they will not respond to my emails. Don't waste your time or your money on this company. What a joke!

Ordered T-shirts that never came. No response from company when I asked about my order. Working with my credit card company for fraudulent charges. They agreed I was scammed. Any company with only a 1 star isn't one to order from. Spreading the word about this company! Also had to select a 1 for rating since there isn't a 0.

Wanted Beatles shirt to wear to a tribute band concert.Order a week before the event. No estimated arrival date,non existent customer service.2 calls and 2 emails with 0 results. Finally got an answer to the email days after the fact to cancel the order but noooo, sorry,no cancel just return for store credit. Lol. Yea that's what I

Don't waste your money with these losers.Oh by the way, the shirts finally got here TODAY! Maybe if I read these reviews first I could have saved myself some aggravation. Reading the 'SUGGESTIONS" this review has a "low "chance of being seen. Lmao. These people are losers with a capital L!

I ordered a hoodie from this company on Dec 14th.Order # *******. Immediately got an email saying my order was confirmed and my card was charged. 5 days later on the 19th I emailed asking when my order would ship because it was a Christmas gift and I wanted to try to get it to the receiver before the 25th. I still have not gotten a reply from them, I tried to call the 1 800 number that is listed on the website this morning and the girl on the other line said she was only there to take messages, couldn't give me any status update on my order, couldn't cancel my order or let me speak to anyone else who might be able to provide some update as to where my order is. When I log on to the website as of today Dec 27th is still shows my order is confirmed but no tracking number and no update as to when it will ship. Horrible company. Never will order anything or recommend anyone to order anything ever.

I got my shirts quickly but changed my mind and wanted to return them but they only allow for exchanges and no refunds.

Their service is super slow and they never give you real dates on an estimated date of arrival. I called multiple times but I never get an answer

So I first ordered an XL t-shirt on December 15, had not heard anything about anything for almost a month so I sent an email, no reply for a while, so I left a review on another site. I noticed that whenever they reply to negative reviews (they are almost all negative), they blame the customer every single time. That's a big no no. And only after seeing and replying to my review, did they FINALLY respond to my email, with a bull excuse. Long story short, I finally received my shirt on Jan. 25. That is absolutely ridiculous and their team has absolutely no CS skills or communication skills whatsoever. When I finally unpackaged the shirt, it was the cheapest, thinnest material I have ever seen for a t-shirt and was EXTREMELY small, just absolutely poor quality. I ordered XL and what I got would fit a size S/M. Also, do not even try to return anything, because they only offer store credit and YOU have to pay for the shipping. Why would I ever want to buy anything else or do any kind of business at all again with this complete scam of a site? Also, I'm not saying it was them, but I originally payed for the shirt with a credit card through Paypal, and a couple of days later someone hacked two of my credit cards through Paypal spending hundreds of dollars of them. I had to cancel my cards, change passwords, and order new ones. Thankfully Paypal is amazing and refunded my money. I also had not purchased anything else with my cards that week besides this shirt. So again, I'm not saying it was them, but what a coincidence lol. Overall, this was just the worst buying experience I have ever had and RockMerch needs to be shut down all together.

I bought 8 t-shirts Aug 26. All size M. They were shipped in 4 different packages at different times. Ironically the one that was actually in stock and not a "customer order" arrived last ok Sep 26. This was a little annoying but I can live with that. The quality however…

2 of the 8 t-shirts are made with good quality jersey body fabric and rib collar fabric. Unfortunately these 2 do not fit me at all. One is very tight at the chest and armholes are really small cutting into my armpits. The other is comically short for a size M.

Thankfully the other 6 fit true to size and are somewhat consistent with one another.

Unfortunately the print quality in all but 1 t-shirt is absolute garbage.

I cannot recommend ROCKMERCH and will have to shop elsewhere for my favourite band t-shirts.

Dont waste your time here, they will take your order but will not process it, they will take your money. Theres no inventory this site is a bogus site

Ordered a pink floyd hoodie in size L, got a different pink floyd hoodie size M.

Shipping took almost 2 months! Email sent to them and no reply!

It really doesn't get any worse than this company. Like many of the other reviews on here, they show they have an item in stock, get you to purchase a few more items for free shipping, then send you a message the next day saying it's out of stock. They wouldn't cancel the rest of my order and blamed me, the customer, for not reading the fine print. Pure scumbags looking to scam every penny they can from honest paying customers looking to purchase what they advertise as having. First and last time I purchase anything from these losers.
