I placed an order 2 weeks ago. When I went to check the status, it showed "order cancelled". I never received notification or acknowledgment of a refund. Contacted customer service via chat. In short, the service was slow and poor. I was told my item was out of stock and back in stock now. They offered me a 30% off 'special code' for my troubles. When I went to the site they were offering 'everyone' 30% off. When I contacted support again, the service was even worse! Additionally, in both experiences, the agent left the chat without the 'conversation' having been completed. I will not buy from them again, despite the fact they offer the exact items I want to purchase!

Tip for consumers:
Company provides no vehicle to speak with customer service. Only chat and that service is slow and poor

Was buying a jersey that never shipped due to it being out of stock but was not advised

* MLBShop attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
