I made the mistake of buying a Breville espresso machine from KSP. It was defective. I took it back to the store about 12 hours later and ***SURPRISE*** KSP said they cannot take it back - I have to deal with Breville. It says that in fine print on the receipt but no one tells you. Dealing with Breville has been an absolute nightmare. My coffee machine was sent back to them next day, but I still am fighting for a refund one month later.
