I ordered the wrong size shoes, and realized as soon as I submitted the payment. I instantly reached out to them, and was told I could not cancel my order. That I would have to wait for them to ship and be delivered then send them back. The shoes were $75 and I had to spend $18 just to send them back! There is no way for me to return them to the store in person as I am no where near the location of the store. There should be an option to cancel an order if an item has not been shipped. To send them back and have to pay a price like that is sad. Please make improvements.
