I managed to file in a warranty claim without any assistance from EyeInform. I have just received my replacement frame without any difficulties. What EyeInform was telling me are total lies. They are just making excuses of not assisting as you can see from the email. I will definitely not recommend anyone to do any business with them. They are dishonest and unwilling to help and provide the kind of support that we deserve.

I have purchased 2 eyeframes from this shop. The second one became defective after 5 months of purchase It is still under warranty so i emailed the sales, Maria, for assistance. Hoping that she will file a manufacturer warranty claim. Instead, she was very unhelpful. Making lots of excuses and not willing to help. I emailed her a few times after that and getting no response. Be warn. If you purchase anything from them, don't expect to get any after sales assistance when required. Very poor service
