I bought a bundle of games for them. One of the keys was duplicate. So I immediately contacted them to ask for a replacement and they asked me to take a zillion screenshots to prove it, which I did and uploaded to their very awkward and inconvenient website. After that, their response was literally "Let's see what we can do for you. I forwarded this to our higher department." After 3 days of me sending messages they have just ignored me. Avoid at all costs.
