The item purchased was poor quality. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service, they offered a discount on more of their garbage jewelry. I requested a refund & return the item. They refused stating it would cost more to return, but they would refund half the cost. To date, I have received no such refund & consider this a donation & hope no one else gets scammed.
