Hey customers
Don't be tricked with SimpleSwap. Obviously, it's not DEX but fking Centralized
I highly recommend not using SimpleSwap to those expecting to swap on a decentralized service
At the moment, SimpleSwap locked my fund and doesn't provide any reason
POTENTIALLY INTENTION TO TAKE MY FUND

By respecting the platform, I already provided full info of ID, contract doc, and selfie BUT SimpleSwap did nothing for me. Even they are hiding the reason of locking my fund (really doubting if there's no reason)
Hey I'm not noob and already know what you guys will say at the end to take my fund

The SimpleSwap platform combines the advantages of CEX and DEX. For example, like CEX, we provide the opportunity to exchange a large number of cryptopairs, competitive rates and high speed of exchanges. But at the same time, like DEX, we value customer privacy. Our users don’t need to create an account on our website and store funds there. The client can send funds from their wallet to our deposit address immediately after creating the exchange.
But nevertheless, we don’t work entirely with our own liquidity; we have liquidity providers, which are usually major exchange platforms.

In this case, your funds were stopped at the request of the Binance team for verification. To simplify the process, you can contact their special department through the mail we provided for you. They will give you information about the investigation and ask some questions. Due to restrictions on transferring data to third parties, it will be better and safer if you contact them directly.
