Choice Home warranty is the absolute WORST home warranty I have ever worked with. My heater went out on the 10th of November and they NEVER sent anyone out to fix it. They did, however, said I could always pay for it and submit it for a refund-lol. Yeah right like I'd ever trust them! I did that 2 years ago when I had another company come out and fix something and then they refused to reimburse me because I didn't give them all the contractors information before I had him fix the problem. I paid for 3.5 years in advance and they're a scam artist! DON'T USE THEM OR TRUST THEM!
Tip for consumers:
If I knew when I purchased the Choice Home Warranty, what I now know about their lack of NO service I would have NEVER purchased a 3.5 years warranty from them!
Products used:
Electric heater for over 2 months, because Choice Home Warranty said they couldn't find anyone in my area, until I could get help from low income Weatherization group that helped me get my furnace fixed. I've been doing without on my built in microwave, oven and ice maker for a month now.
