Had ordered a roll of 250 address labels from Current, clicked ok on the personalization of address/name/font and when I rec'd the roll it was completely blank (no address printed). I emailed customer service twice, then finally called them only to be told there is nothing they can do- no refund, no reprinting, just lose the money because somehow it is my fault. Why isn't there any QA/QM during the printing process- that if a personalized product doesn't print at all, to think call the customer to verify before shipping it out? An ADDRESS LABEL should obviously have an address! Especially after I verified my name spelling, address AND font! It looked fine when I paid. Then the Rep tells me I should have phoned in that order- who phones in orders anymore?!? Online is so much easier. I have been shopping with Current for 25+ years and am very disappointed that they wouldn't even work with me to rectify this problem. The Rep said I could reorder at my expense (again). No thanks. This is/was my last order with Current Catalog, will be shopping elsewhere for my checks and personalized products. I want to give my money to a business that will work to find solutions to customer issues.
